Vileblood Queen's Chamber
After defeating Martyr Logarius, the player can pick up the Crown of Illusions he drops. If the player equips it and approaches Logarius' throne, the illusion hiding Cainhurst's secret will shatter, revealing a secret entrance to the Queen's chamber.
Use
- If the player kneels before her and expresses his/her allegiance, Annalise can accept the player into the Cainhurst Vilebloods covenant.
- When joining the covenant, the player will receive the Cainhurst Badge.
- This unlocks the Cainhurst Set, the Evelyn, the Reiterpallasch and the Chikage at the Bath Messenger shop in the Hunter's Dream.
- When joining the covenant, the player will receive the Cainhurst Badge.
- Accepts Blood Dregs to rank up in the covenant .
- Gives the Respect and Deep Respect gestures.

Notes
- Giving Alfred the Unopened Summons will make him travel to the Cainhurst and smash the queen to pieces. Queenly Flesh can be looted from the throne after that.
She can be resurrected by taking her flesh to the Altar of Despair after Ebrietas, Daughter of the Cosmos has been defeated
- After finding Ring of Betrothal, the player can propose to her but she'll refuse.
