Note:

• While this list indicates that the Cleric Beast and Blood-starved Beast are optional, at least one must be defeated to proceed to Vicar Amelia. The Grand Cathedral in which Amelia resides is accessible only past the gates which can either be opened using the Hunter Chief Emblem which only becomes available after killing the Cleric Beast or by taking the path to the Upper Cathedral Ward which opens when the Blood-starved Beast is killed.
• While none of the DLC bosses are required to complete the game, all of them except for Laurence must be defeated to complete the DLC.
