  • Found in Forsaken Cainhurst Castle. Jump out of the window on the second floor in the library and find a chest containing the item.

Usage

  • Releases three ethereal skulls in front which travel forward, inflicting Arcane damage to targets.
    • Will home in towards locked-on targets.
