Availability

  • Found on rafters in Healing Church Workshop
  • After defeating the Blood-starved Beast. Door will open in the Cathedral Ward. Take a elevator up. You will encounter machine gun wheelchair man. After you take him out, walk to the Healing Church Workshop and turn right, drop down the broken walkway. Then go inside and drop down onto the wooden beams until you reach the corpse with Messenger Top Hat.
