In-Game Description

Special material used in a Holy Chalice ritual.

A body part of a saint, sacrificed by the Healing Church in
their search for Truth.

The additional rite Foetid Offering invigorates the watchers,
making them more treacherous than normal, but also making
them worthy prey for a special hunt.

• Drops from the Labyrinth Sage enemy type

General Information

• Used in Holy Chalice ritual.
• Using this in the ritual performs the "Fetid" (Foetid in UK) additional right, which increases the damage done by enemies with a red aura within the dungeon but increases the number of Blood Echoes earned from defeating enemies (and possibly effects loot?).
• It also seems that certain bosses buff themselves with the red aura at 50% health after performing the right
