• Found in the Abandoned Old Workshop inside a cabinet adjacent to the workbench.

• Reward after slaying Mergo's Wet Nurse.

• Drops from the child of Arianna, Woman of Pleasure after it is slain in the lower aqueduct chamber of Oedon Chapel.
  • Arianna, Woman of Pleasure must be sent to Oedon Chapel prior to the revelation of the red moon.
  • The birthing occurs after Micolash, Host Of The Nightmare is slain.

• Drops from the Impostor Doctor after she is slain.
  • She must be slain after the revelation of the red moon.

Usage

• Grants three (3) Insight.

Notes

• Consuming three (3) will allow you to fight the Moon Presence.
  • Gehrman, the First Hunter must first be fought and slain.

• Slaying the Moon Presence unlocks an ending.

• Regardless of how many were collected prior, all are lost at the start of a new journey.

  • One of the heirlooms used to contact the Great Ones,
    originating in the child of the Vilebloods.
    
    Long ago, in an encounter with the Great Ones,

    Keep one to fend off foul spirits, or use it to obtain great Insight.
